We offer flexible wholesale structures including spot orders, allocated supply agreements, and long-term partnerships. Specific terms are defined based on each partner’s requirements.

The following reflects our standard wholesale framework. We work closely with each partner to tailor supply structures based on their operational needs and scale.

Product Sizes

Our standard wholesale sizes are:

• 100g
• 20g (sample size, available for first-time customers only)

Additional sizes may be available upon request, depending on production and availability.

Order Processing & Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation with our supplying partners.

For most orders, we will confirm availability within 2–5 business days before processing.

If the product is not immediately available or not pre-allocated, fulfillment typically requires 1–2 weeks, depending on production schedules and stock allocation.

In some cases, depending on product type, harvest timing, and allocation status, lead times may extend to approximately 3–4 weeks or longer.

We recommend planning orders in advance to ensure smooth allocation and supply continuity.

Contract & Regular Partners

For contracted partners, stock may be pre-allocated based on agreed supply volumes.

In such cases, products are prepared and released upon request, subject to availability within the reserved allocation.

Additional Orders

For non-contracted or additional requests outside of regular supply agreements, availability will be confirmed prior to dispatch. Processing time may vary depending on stock conditions.
